The service is fully GDPR-compliant, and Data Processing Agreements are available on business plans for organisations that need them for regulatory or procurement purposes.
You can restrict any transfer so that only people on a specific list of verified email addresses can download it. When someone opens the link, they must verify their email before access is granted, and you receive a notification each time a download occurs. This gives teams handling confidential case files, policy documents, or donor data precise control over who sees what.
A shared workspace lets administrators manage all team members, oversee transfers sent across the organisation, and apply consistent branding and settings centrally. On Teams plans, up to 50 members share storage and billing under one workspace, while on Enterprise plans organisations can add SSO, SCIM provisioning, custom transfer rules, usage logs, and advanced access management to meet stricter internal governance requirements.
SAML SSO is available on Enterprise plans and can be configured with providers including Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure. Once set up, all non-admin members are redirected to your identity provider to authenticate, keeping access management inside your existing security infrastructure. Enterprise plans also support SCIM provisioning for automated user lifecycle management.
Enterprise plans include an Activity Log that gives workspace administrators a chronological record of security-relevant events, capturing the actor's name, email, IP address, country, and timestamp for each action. Logs can be browsed in the admin dashboard, exported to CSV, or streamed into a SIEM via a pollable JSON API, making it straightforward to satisfy internal audit or external compliance requirements.
