Enter your price, complete the Stripe connection if you have not already, and share the link. Anyone who opens it will be taken to a checkout page and the Photoshop files only become downloadable once their payment goes through.
No. WeTransfer charges no platform fee on paid transfers, so the full amount your buyer pays goes to you. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which applies its own standard transaction fees, but WeTransfer does not take a percentage on top of that.
Yes. WeTransfer supports in-browser previews for PSD and PSB files, so buyers can look through the transfer contents before completing the checkout. The preview displays at a slightly lower resolution than the original, which lets them confirm what they are purchasing without getting access to the full source files.
No account is needed on the buyer's side. They simply open the link, pay through Stripe, and download. The files are delivered exactly as you uploaded them, layers and all, with no quality loss or re-encoding.
