Go to the WeTransfer homepage and click Request Files, give your request a title, add any instructions you want uploaders to follow, and share the generated link. Anyone with the link can upload directly to you, and you will receive an email notification each time a file comes in. Files appear in the Received tab of your account, where you can review and download them at any time.
No paid plan is required. Anyone uploading files to your request needs a free WeTransfer account, but there is no cost involved for them. You also only need a free account to create and manage upload requests, so the entire workflow is accessible without a subscription on either side.

Upload requests stay open indefinitely unless you choose to close or delete them. From your Transfers panel you can close a request at any time to stop accepting new uploads, and anyone who visits the link afterward will see a message that the request is no longer available.
