Log in to your WeTransfer account, click Request Files on the homepage, give your request a title such as "Q3 Range Review Submissions" or "Brand Partner Pitch Decks", and add any instructions you want senders to follow. WeTransfer generates a link you can paste into a supplier brief, a vendor email, or a wholesale portal message. Every presentation uploaded through that link appears in the Received section of your account and you get an email notification each time one arrives.


No paid plan is required. Anyone uploading presentations to your request link just needs a free WeTransfer account. They do not need to be on the same plan as you, so external brand partners, merchandising agencies, and independent sales reps can all submit files without any subscription.


Yes. WeTransfer does not compress, re-encode, or alter files in any way, so PowerPoint decks, PDFs, and Keynote exports arrive exactly as the sender created them. Embedded fonts, high-resolution imagery, animations, and branded slide layouts all come through intact, which matters when retail presentations are built to reflect specific brand guidelines.


Yes, when you create a request you can add a description covering file format preferences, naming conventions, slide counts, or any deadline information relevant to the submission.
