Share a single upload link with buyers, brand partners, merchandising agencies, or sales reps and their presentations land directly in your WeTransfer workspace. You get an email notification each time a file arrives, so you always know when a pitch deck, range review, or category overview is ready to look at. No shared folder permissions to manage, no large attachments clogging inboxes.
Request once, receive from anyone
Retail teams regularly need presentations from multiple directions at once: supplier pitch decks ahead of range reviews, brand partner category proposals, agency campaign plans, and sales rep overviews submitted before buyer meetings. WeTransfer upload requests give you one link to drop into a brief, a vendor email, or a partner onboarding message, and every presentation routes straight to your workspace the moment it is uploaded. PowerPoint files, PDFs, Keynote exports, and multi-slide decks all arrive exactly as they were built, with no compression or formatting loss, so you see the work as intended. You can open supported presentation formats directly in your browser to check that the right file has come through before pulling anything to your local drive. Both you and anyone sending files to your request need a free WeTransfer account, and creating a new request takes only a few seconds.

All your questions answered.
Log in to your WeTransfer account, click Request Files on the homepage, give your request a title such as "Q3 Range Review Submissions" or "Brand Partner Pitch Decks", and add any instructions you want senders to follow. WeTransfer generates a link you can paste into a supplier brief, a vendor email, or a wholesale portal message. Every presentation uploaded through that link appears in the Received section of your account and you get an email notification each time one arrives.
No paid plan is required. Anyone uploading presentations to your request link just needs a free WeTransfer account. They do not need to be on the same plan as you, so external brand partners, merchandising agencies, and independent sales reps can all submit files without any subscription.
Yes. WeTransfer does not compress, re-encode, or alter files in any way, so PowerPoint decks, PDFs, and Keynote exports arrive exactly as the sender created them. Embedded fonts, high-resolution imagery, animations, and branded slide layouts all come through intact, which matters when retail presentations are built to reflect specific brand guidelines.
Yes, when you create a request you can add a description covering file format preferences, naming conventions, slide counts, or any deadline information relevant to the submission. Those instructions are visible to anyone who opens your request link, which reduces back-and-forth with suppliers or agencies before a range review or buyer meeting.
Both options are available. File requests stay open indefinitely unless you close or delete them, so you can share the same link throughout a buying season and keep collecting pitch decks or category proposals as partners are ready. When you no longer need submissions, go to your Transfers panel, find the request, and close it. Anyone visiting the link after that will see a message that the request is no longer available.
