Generate a single upload link and share it with buyers, sellers, photographers, or contractors. Every file they send lands directly in your WeTransfer workspace, and you get an email notification the moment something arrives. No shared folder permissions, no email attachments, no following up to find out if files were sent.
Request once, receive from anyone
Real estate professionals deal with a constant stream of documents and media from multiple parties at once: signed disclosures, property photos, floor plans, inspection reports, mortgage statements, and contractor quotes all need to reach you before deals can move forward. WeTransfer upload requests give you a dedicated link to drop into a client welcome email, a listing checklist, or a text message, and every file submitted routes straight to your workspace. Photos, PDFs, scanned documents, videos, and spreadsheets all arrive exactly as they were saved, with no compression or quality loss, so high-resolution property images and signed contracts reach you in the same condition they left the sender. You can preview supported file types directly in your browser to confirm the right document has come through before downloading anything to your local drive. Both you and anyone uploading to your request need a free WeTransfer account, and a new request takes only seconds to create.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Log in to your WeTransfer account, click Request Files on the homepage, give your request a title (such as the property address or client name), and optionally add instructions covering what to submit and in what format. WeTransfer generates a link you can paste into a client email, a listing checklist, or a text message. Anyone who opens it can upload files directly to your workspace, and you receive an email notification each time something arrives.
No paid plan is needed. Anyone uploading files to your request does need a free WeTransfer account, but that takes only a moment to create. There is no cost for them, and they do not need to install anything. Your request link works across all devices and browsers, so clients can submit files from their phone, tablet, or desktop without friction.
WeTransfer accepts any file type, so you can collect property photos, 3D renderings, scanned contracts, signed disclosures, mortgage documents, inspection reports, floor plan PDFs, spreadsheets, and video walkthroughs all through the same link. Files arrive exactly as they were created, with no compression or quality loss, meaning high-resolution photography and multi-page PDF contracts reach you intact.
Yes. When creating a request you can add a message with specific instructions, such as which documents are required, preferred file formats, or a submission deadline. Those notes appear on the upload page before your client adds any files, which reduces the back-and-forth that comes with missing or incorrectly formatted submissions.
Yes. A file request stays active until you close or delete it, so you can use the same link throughout a full transaction, from initial document collection right through to closing. When you no longer need submissions, you can close the request from your Transfers panel, and anyone who opens the link after that point will see a message that it is no longer available. You can also delete the request entirely if you want to clear it from your account.
