Create an upload request from your WeTransfer account and share the generated link with whoever needs to send you files. They open the link, upload their Figma files, and everything lands in your workspace. You need a free account to create the request, and they need one to upload.
Yes. Your upload request link works for as many people as you need to send it to. Each person uploads independently, and all the files collect in your workspace in one place. There is no limit on how many people can use the same link.
WeTransfer sends you an email notification each time a file is uploaded to your request. That way you always know when a new Figma file has come in without having to log in and check manually.
Free accounts support transfers up to 3 GB, which covers the vast majority of Figma files. If you or your contributors are working with especially large files or bundled exports, upgrading to an Ultimate plan removes the transfer size limit entirely.
Figma files are not natively previewable in the browser since they require the Figma app to open. That said, all uploaded files appear in your WeTransfer workspace as soon as they arrive, ready for you to download and open in Figma at any time.
