From your WeTransfer account, click Request Files on the homepage, give your request a title, and optionally add instructions for your clients, such as preferred file formats or naming conventions. Once created, you get a link you can paste into an email, a client brief, or a booking confirmation. Anyone who opens it can upload photos directly to you.
Clients can send any file type through an upload request, including RAW formats like ARW, NEF, CR2, CR3, DNG, and RAF, as well as JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, PSD, and more. Files arrive untouched, exactly as shot or exported, so you never have to worry about quality loss on the way in.
