Yes. No account is needed to download or preview a transfer. Yes. Download tracking is available on all plans and must be explicitly enabled by the sender at the time of upload. For email transfers, you can see a checkmark against each recipient's address once they download, along with the exact date and time. On paid plans, you can also enable tracked downloads, which ask anyone who opens the link to verify their email address before downloading, giving you a clear record of who accessed the file and when.
