The password is case-sensitive and is never included in the notification email WeTransfer sends to recipients, so you pass it to them through whichever secure channel your organisation prefers. You can also add, change, or remove the password on an already-sent transfer from your Transfers panel at any time, without re-uploading the files.

When someone opens the link, they must verify their email address, and access is only granted if it matches your list.
