Yes. WeTransfer supports XLS, XLSX, CSV, and other spreadsheet formats. Open wetransfer.com in your mobile browser, add your file, and choose whether to send it to an inbox or share a link. No app installation needed.
WeTransfer transfers files without altering them in any way. Your spreadsheet arrives on the other end byte-for-byte identical to what you uploaded, with formulas, styles, and data intact. There is no re-encoding or conversion at any stage.
You can add a password to any transfer before it goes out, so only people who know the password can access the file. You can also restrict access to specific email addresses, meaning the download link only works for the recipients you approve. Both options are available on all plans and can be set directly in the mobile browser transfer window.
Yes. Email transfers let you add up to 10 recipients on a free account, or up to 50 on a paid plan. Alternatively, you can generate a shareable link and send it to as many people as you like through any channel, with no recipient cap on link transfers.
On the free plan, transfers are available for up to 3 days from the moment they are sent. On Ultimate and above, you can set a custom expiry date or keep the transfer available indefinitely. You can also change the expiry of an active transfer at any time from your Transfers panel.
