WeTransfer supports folder uploads, so you can send an entire type family — all weights and styles — as a single transfer while keeping the original folder structure intact. On mobile, you can select multiple files from your device when adding them to a transfer. The person downloading gets everything organized the same way you sent it.
Before sending, you can restrict access so only specific email addresses can open the download link — anyone else who gets hold of the link will be blocked. You can also add a password to the transfer, which you share separately with your intended recipient. Both options are available on all plans and can be set up in seconds from your phone's browser before the transfer goes out.
No account is needed to download. Your recipient just opens the link or clicks through from the notification email, and the files are right there. This makes WeTransfer practical for sending fonts to clients, print shops, or anyone outside your usual workflow who you'd rather not ask to sign up for yet another service.
On a free account, transfers are available for up to 3 days from the moment they're sent.
