Recipients can preview images, video, audio, and PDFs directly in the browser without downloading a thing — on desktop or mobile. They can also comment on individual files and mark favorites, which keeps approval conversations attached to the actual work rather than scattered across email threads.
You have two options from the mobile browser: send directly to up to 10 email addresses on a free account (up to 50 on paid plans), or generate a shareable link and drop it into any group chat, Slack channel, or email chain. Link transfers have no recipient limit, so anyone with the link can download.
Before sending, you can add a password to any transfer — only someone with that password can open the download page. You can also restrict access to a specific list of email addresses, so recipients have to verify their identity before downloading.
