Every ZIP archive you've shared through WeTransfer stays logged and editable in your Transfers panel. Rename it, resend the link, update the password, or delete it entirely, all without touching the original files on your device.
Keep track of all your files
Sending a ZIP file is rarely the end of the story. Someone needs the link forwarded to a new contact, a folder label no longer matches the final deliverable, or a project wraps and you need to pull access fast. WeTransfer's Transfers panel gives you a single place to manage every ZIP you've sent, with controls that work on past transfers just as easily as new ones. Copy a download link straight from the panel to share with someone who wasn't on the original send, or rename the transfer so it's easy to find when your history grows. You can toggle a password on or off, check whether the recipient has actually downloaded the archive, and delete the transfer immediately if files need to stay off someone's hard drive. Recipients can also preview supported files inside a ZIP before downloading, so they can grab only what they need.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Open the Transfers panel in your WeTransfer account and look through your Sent tab. If you gave the transfer a title when uploading, you can search by that name directly. Naming ZIP archives before you send them, something like the project name or delivery date, makes tracking them down much faster as your history builds up.
Yes. In your Sent panel, hover over the transfer and copy the download link, then share it however you like, by email, chat, or anywhere else. There is no recipient limit on link transfers, so the same ZIP link can go to as many people as you need without a fresh upload.
Yes. Hover over the transfer in your Sent panel and click Edit title, or open the transfer details page and select the rename option there. Updating the name helps you stay organized across a long history of archives, and recipients see the updated title on the download page too.
Go to your Sent panel, hover over the transfer, and select Delete. The download link stops working the moment you confirm, so anyone who tries to open it afterward will find the files are gone. This is useful when a ZIP contained sensitive files that should no longer be accessible after a project closes.
Yes. Open the transfer from your Sent panel, find the password field in the transfer settings, and add or update it there. The change takes effect right away. Anyone trying to download the archive will need the new password, so make sure you share it with the intended recipients outside of WeTransfer, since the password is never included in the notification email.
