Your Transfers panel keeps every video you've shared through WeTransfer within reach. Rename, resend, update access settings, or pull a fresh download link — all without touching the original files or uploading anything again.
Keep track of all your files
Sending a video is rarely the end of the story. WeTransfer's Transfers panel gives video creators, editors, and anyone sharing footage a clear, organized record of everything they've sent, so following up is never a scramble. From there you can rename any transfer to match a project, copy a link for a new recipient, or check whether your footage has actually been downloaded — all in one place. If access to a video needs to go away fast, deleting the transfer immediately kills the download link for everyone who has it. You can also adjust security settings on a transfer after the fact, adding or changing a password without disturbing the files themselves.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Every transfer you've sent appears in the Transfers panel under the Sent section of your WeTransfer account. You can search by transfer title, so naming your video transfers by project or client makes them much easier to locate later. If you didn't add a title at the time, you can rename any transfer directly from the panel.
Yes. Open the transfer in your Sent panel, copy the download link, and send it to whoever needs the footage — no re-uploading required. Link transfers have no recipient limit, so you can share the URL as broadly as you like. If you sent the original as an email transfer, forwarding it from the panel creates a new delivery without duplicating your files.
Your Transfers panel shows a downloaded or not-yet-downloaded status for every transfer. For email transfers, you can hover over a recipient's address to see the exact date and time they downloaded. If you want more detailed tracking on future video sends, you can enable tracked downloads so each viewer verifies their email before accessing the file.
Yes, you can change the expiry date on any active transfer from the transfer details page in your Sent panel. Free and Starter transfers have a maximum expiry of 3 days, but on Ultimate and above you can extend a video transfer's availability or set it to never expire. The update takes effect immediately, though recipients won't be notified automatically, so it's worth letting them know directly.
Deleting a transfer from your Sent panel immediately invalidates the download link, so anyone who tries to open it will find it gone. This works the same way whether the video went out as an email transfer or a shared link. There's no grace period — access is cut off the moment you confirm the deletion.
