Your Transfers panel keeps a live record of every file delivery you've made, from network diagrams and technical specs to client proposals and compliance reports. Update transfer titles to match project codes, push a link to a new contact, lock down sensitive documents, or pull a delivery entirely, all from one place.
Keep track of all your files
Telecom teams deal with a constant flow of file deliveries across engineering, sales, procurement, and operations, and tracking what went where can get complicated fast. WeTransfer's Transfers panel brings every past delivery into a single searchable view, so you can locate a specific RFP response, infrastructure diagram, or service agreement without digging through your inbox. Renaming a transfer to match an updated project reference takes seconds, and you can copy an existing download link and pass it to a new team member or partner contact without re-uploading anything. Access settings are editable after sending, so you can add or change a password on a transfer, or lock it to a defined list of email addresses when documents contain proprietary network data or pre-launch product details. Deleting a transfer immediately revokes the download link for everyone, which matters when a vendor agreement ends or a confidential briefing needs to come out of circulation.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Your Transfers panel lists every delivery you've made and supports search by title, so you can pull up a specific transfer without scrolling through everything you've ever sent. Naming transfers clearly at the point of upload, or renaming them afterward to match a project code, site reference, or client name, makes retrieval faster when deadlines are tight.
Yes. From your Transfers panel, you can rename any past transfer, change or add a password, update the expiry date, and adjust access restrictions at any time after sending. None of these changes require you to re-upload the files, and updates take effect immediately, so the existing download link keeps working with the new settings applied.
Open the relevant transfer in your Transfers panel, copy the download link, and share it directly with the new contact via email or your preferred channel. If you sent the original as an email transfer, you can also forward it to the new recipient straight from the panel. Either way, the files are already hosted and ready, so there's nothing to re-upload.
You can add or change a password on any active transfer from the Transfers panel, meaning recipients need the password before they can download. Alternatively, you can restrict access to a specific list of email addresses, so only the contacts you name can get through even if the link is shared more widely. Both settings can be applied or updated after the transfer has already been sent, which is useful when project teams change or when documents need tighter controls mid-way through a procurement process.
On the free plan, expired transfers are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. WeTransfer Ultimate gives you the ability to recover expired transfers, including ones that expired before you upgraded, making it a practical option for telecom professionals who need reliable access to past deliveries. Recovery is available from the Transfers panel when the transfer is within its recovery window, and the recovered transfer becomes active again with a fresh link.
