Your Transfers panel is a living record of every file delivery you've made, from product lookbooks and supplier briefs to seasonal campaign assets and store planograms. Rename a transfer to match a current buyer or SKU reference, copy a link and share it with a new wholesale contact, or update access settings on anything you've already sent.
Keep track of all your files
Retail moves fast, and keeping track of what you've sent to buyers, merchandisers, suppliers, and agency partners can quickly get messy without a central view. WeTransfer's Transfers panel puts every past delivery in one searchable place, so you can find a specific product spec sheet or promotional asset without digging through email threads. If a buyer's contact changed or a new account manager joined, you can copy the download link from an existing transfer and pass it along without uploading anything again. Sensitive commercial files, such as pricing structures, unreleased campaign visuals, or contract drafts, can have their password updated or access tightened to a specific list of email addresses even after you've hit send. When a range is discontinued or a vendor relationship ends, deleting a transfer cuts off the download link immediately, giving you clean, instant control over what's still accessible.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Every transfer you've sent appears in your Transfers panel, and you can search by the transfer title to narrow things down quickly. Giving transfers descriptive names at the point of sending, such as a season code, buyer name, or product range, makes retrieval much faster when you're managing a high volume of deliveries. You can also edit the title of any existing transfer directly from the panel, so it's easy to tidy up older entries as your naming conventions evolve.
Yes. From your Transfers panel, you can copy the download link of any active transfer and share it directly with a new buyer, merchandiser, or agency contact. If you want to send it as a formal email delivery, you can also forward the transfer to new recipients straight from the panel. Either way, the original upload stays exactly as it was and no repeat upload is needed.
You can update access settings on any transfer after it's been sent. Add or change a password so only recipients who know it can download, or enable restricted access and specify the exact email addresses allowed through. Both options take effect immediately, which is useful when a retail campaign is under embargo or when commercial terms shouldn't be visible beyond a defined set of counterparties.
Deleting a transfer revokes the download link for everyone straight away, with no delay. Anyone who tries to open the link after deletion will find it no longer works. This is particularly useful in retail when a seasonal range is discontinued, a supplier contract lapses, or a confidential lookbook shouldn't remain in circulation after a review period ends.
Ultimate, Teams, and Enterprise plan users can recover expired transfers, including ones that expired before upgrading to a paid plan. Recovery is available for up to one year for files under 256 MB, and up to 90 days for larger files, provided the Recoverable option was enabled when the transfer was created. Free plan users cannot recover expired transfers, so if your retail workflow involves time-sensitive deliveries to buyers, a paid plan gives you a meaningful safety net.
