Every RAW file set you've sent through WeTransfer is logged in your Transfers panel and stays fully manageable after the fact. Rename a transfer to match a shoot or client, copy its download link for a new contact, adjust who has access, or remove it from circulation entirely.
Keep track of all your files
Photographers often send RAW files in batches across multiple rounds of review, and keeping that history straight matters long after the initial upload. WeTransfer's Transfers panel gives you a clear, searchable record of every shoot you've shared, so finding a specific delivery takes a moment rather than a hunt through old messages. If an art director or retoucher changes mid-project, you can grab the existing download link and pass it along without touching the original files. For anything sensitive, like unfinished selects or exclusive client work, you can add or change a password on a transfer you've already sent, or restrict access to specific email addresses. Deleting a transfer cuts off the download link immediately, so you stay in control of who can reach your RAW files at every stage.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Yes. From your Transfers panel, hover over any past transfer and select the option to edit its title. Giving each delivery a clear name, like a shoot date, location, or client reference, keeps your list organized when you're juggling multiple projects. The renamed title shows up in your panel and in any emails tied to that transfer.
Open your Transfers panel, find the delivery you want to share, and copy its download link. You can paste that link anywhere, a message, an email, or a shared doc, and the new recipient gets straight to the files. No re-upload needed, and the original transfer stays exactly as it was.
Yes, password protection can be added, changed, or removed on any active transfer from the transfer details page in your panel. This is useful when a shoot moves from an internal review to an external client handoff and you want tighter control. Just remember to share the password with recipients separately, as it isn't included in the download notification.
Yes. WeTransfer's in-browser preview supports a wide range of RAW formats, including ARW, NEF, CR2, CR3, DNG, RAF, RW2, and ORF, so recipients can browse the files without pulling down the entire package first. They can also comment on individual files and mark favorites, which makes feedback on a shoot much more direct. Previews display at a slightly lower resolution than the original, so the full-quality files are only downloaded when explicitly requested.
Deleting a transfer immediately revokes the download link, so anyone trying to open it afterward will find it gone. The original files on your computer are untouched. If you're on the Ultimate plan or above, expired transfers can also be recovered within defined recovery windows, giving you a safety net if you delete something and later need it back.
