Every presentation deck you've shared through WeTransfer stays logged in your Transfers panel, ready to act on. Update a title, resend a link to a new stakeholder, lock a deck behind a password, or remove access entirely, all without touching the original file.
Keep track of all your files
When a presentation needs to reach someone new, or access to a draft deck has to be cut off before a meeting, your Transfers panel is where you go. WeTransfer keeps a complete record of every presentation you've sent, so you can search by name, rename a transfer to reflect the latest version, and copy the download link for a new recipient in seconds. Password protection can be added or updated on any sent transfer, which is useful when slide decks contain sensitive strategy or financial data. If you no longer want a presentation available for download, deleting the transfer immediately revokes the link for anyone who has it. Recipients can also preview presentations directly in the browser before downloading, so collaborators can confirm they have the right deck without pulling the full file.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Yes. Go to your Transfers panel, hover over the transfer you want to update, and click to edit the title. Renaming is useful when a deck has gone through revisions and you want the label to reflect the current version, like changing a generic title to something that includes a client name, date, or version number. The new title shows up in your panel immediately and in any subsequent emails you send about the transfer.
Open your Transfers panel, find the presentation transfer, and copy the download link directly from there. You can paste that link into any email, chat, or document and the new recipient can access the files without you uploading anything again. If you sent the original as an email transfer rather than a link transfer, you can also forward it to additional recipients straight from the panel.
You can. Go to your Transfers panel, open the transfer details, and set or change the password from there. This is handy if a presentation containing confidential slides, pricing tables, or unreleased product information needs to be locked down after it has already been shared. Any recipient who tries to open the link after the password is set will be prompted to enter it before downloading.
Find the transfer in your Transfers panel and delete it. Deletion is immediate and permanently revokes the download link, so anyone who tries to open it afterward will find the transfer is no longer available. This is the fastest way to stop access to a deck that has been superseded, shared with the wrong person, or belongs to a project that has ended.
Yes. Each transfer in your Sent panel shows a download status, and for email transfers you can see a checkmark against each recipient's address once they've downloaded, including the exact date and time. If you need more detail, enabling Access Control on a transfer lets you track exactly who opened the link and when, which is useful for confirming that a client or executive team received the deck before a deadline.
