Your Transfers panel keeps a complete record of every file you've sent, from event proposals and menu PDFs to venue photos and supplier contracts. Search by name, update a transfer's title, share a link with a new contact, or adjust access settings, all without touching the original upload.
Keep track of all your files
In hospitality, the pace rarely slows, and file deliveries pile up fast across vendors, event coordinators, kitchen teams, and guests. WeTransfer's Transfers panel gives you one place to locate any past delivery, whether that's a catering brief, a floorplan layout, or a set of promotional images shared with a marketing partner. From there you can rename a transfer to match an updated event or booking reference, then copy its download link and pass it directly to a new contact without reuploading anything. If a file contains confidential pricing, staff schedules, or pre-launch event details, you can add or change a password on that transfer after it's already been sent, or restrict access to a defined list of email addresses so only the right people get through. Deleting a transfer cuts off the download link immediately, which is exactly what you need when a supplier contract lapses or a seasonal menu gets replaced.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
In your Transfers panel, you can search by the transfer title you assigned when sending. This makes it straightforward to locate a past delivery of event run sheets, banquet orders, or venue photography without scrolling through old email threads. Giving each transfer a clear, descriptive title when you send it, such as a property name or event date, makes future searches much faster.
Yes. From the Transfers panel, hover over any sent transfer and choose to edit the title. This is useful in hospitality when event names change, bookings get rescheduled, or a supplier brief goes through several versions, keeping your panel organized without any reuploading required.
From the Transfers panel, you can copy the existing download link and share it directly with anyone who needs it, or resend the link to a new recipient from the transfer's detail view. Neither option requires a fresh upload, so if a new venue coordinator joins a project mid-way through, they can get access to the same files everyone else has been working from.
Yes. Open the transfer in your Transfers panel and set or change the password from the transfer settings. This is handy when a contract or staffing document goes out broadly and you later want to restrict who can still open it. The password is not included in any notification email, so you share it with intended recipients separately.
Free and Starter plan users can send up to 10 transfers per rolling 30-day window, and transfers expire after 3 days maximum on those plans. Expired transfers cannot be recovered on Free or Starter. On Ultimate, Teams, and Enterprise plans, there is no cap on the number of transfers, expiry can be set to never, and expired transfers can be recovered, including ones that expired before you upgraded, making those plans well suited for hospitality operations that keep files in play across long event planning cycles.
