Government teams and NGOs send a lot of PDFs — reports, funding applications, policy documents, contracts. Your WeTransfer Transfers panel keeps every send on record so you can revisit, adjust, or revoke access to any of them without starting from scratch.
Keep track of all your files
When you're coordinating across departments, partner organizations, or donor networks, keeping track of what was sent — and to whom — matters as much as the send itself. WeTransfer logs every PDF transfer you've sent in one panel, where you can rename them to reflect project codes or reporting cycles, pull a fresh download link for a contact who never received theirs, and check delivery status without chasing replies. If a document was shared in error or access needs to be cut off immediately, deleting the transfer kills the download link for everyone who has it. You can also layer on or update a password after sending, which is useful when sensitive policy or financial documents need tighter control than you anticipated at the time.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Yes. From your Transfers panel, hover over any sent transfer and choose to edit its title. You can rename a PDF transfer at any time after sending — useful for aligning transfer records with grant reference numbers, reporting periods, or internal document codes. The rename shows up in your panel immediately and doesn't affect the recipient's download link.
Delete the transfer from your Transfers panel. The moment you confirm the deletion, the download link stops working for anyone who has it — including anyone you forwarded it to after the original send. This is the fastest way to contain a document sent in error, and it works regardless of how many people have the link.
You can add, change, or remove a password on any active transfer after it's been sent — just open the transfer in your Transfers panel and update the password field. Keep in mind that WeTransfer doesn't include the password in the transfer notification email, so you'll need to share it with your recipients through a separate channel. This is particularly relevant for NGOs sharing financial reports or government bodies distributing restricted policy documents.
Your Transfers panel shows a downloaded or not-yet-downloaded status for each send. For email transfers, a checkmark appears next to each recipient's address once they've downloaded — hover over it to see the exact date and time. If you want more detailed tracking, you can enable download tracking before sending, which logs who accessed the transfer and when.
Yes. From your Transfers panel, copy the existing download link for any active transfer and share it directly with the new contact — no re-upload needed. For email transfers, you can also use the resend option to send the link to additional recipients from within the panel. The files stay exactly as they were; you're just extending who can reach them.
