Every font package you've sent lives in your WeTransfer Transfers panel, ready to act on whenever a project shifts. Search for a past transfer by name, update its title to match the typeface or foundry, copy a download link for a new team member, or remove an old package from circulation the moment it's no longer needed.
Keep track of all your files
Tracking down a font file you sent last month shouldn't mean trawling through old emails. WeTransfer logs every transfer you've sent in a dedicated panel, so any past package, whether it's a set of OTF files for a rebrand or a ZIP of variable fonts for a developer, is a quick search away. If a design brief changes hands or a new contractor joins mid-project, you can copy the existing download link and pass it on directly, no re-uploading required. Transfers can be renamed at any time to reflect the typeface name, version, or client, keeping your list readable instead of a stack of undated packages. You can also add or change a password on a transfer you've already sent, restrict downloads to specific email addresses, or delete a transfer outright to cut off access immediately.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Open the Transfers panel on WeTransfer and use the search bar to look up a transfer by its title. If you named the transfer after the typeface, client, or project at the time of sending, it should come up straight away. If not, you can scroll through your sent list and rename past transfers to make them easier to find next time.
Yes. In your Transfers panel, hover over any sent transfer and select the option to edit its title. Renaming is useful when you've sent multiple versions of the same font family and want your list to clearly show which package belongs to which revision, client, or release stage.
From your Transfers panel, hover over the relevant transfer and copy its download link. You can then share that link directly with the new designer, developer, or print supplier, and they can download the fonts straight away without needing a WeTransfer account. If the transfer was sent as a link transfer, there's no recipient limit, so you can share it as broadly as the project requires.
Yes, password protection can be added or changed on a transfer after it's been sent. Go to your Transfers panel, open the transfer details, and set or update the password from there. This is handy when you're sharing licensed or proprietary typefaces and need to make sure only the right people can download them. Remember to share the password with recipients separately, as it isn't included in the download notification.
Deleting a transfer from your panel immediately revokes the download link, so anyone who tries to open it will find the files are gone. The original files on your device are untouched. This is useful when a font license has expired, a project has ended, or you simply want to remove access to a package that's no longer current.
