Every folder transfer you've sent lives in your Transfers panel, ready to manage long after the upload. Search by name, rename to match the latest version, copy a link for a new recipient, or delete a folder package on the spot to cut off access immediately.
Keep track of all your files
Once you've sent a folder, the work around it often continues. WeTransfer's Transfers panel keeps a full record of every folder you've shared, organized in one place so you can act on any of them without hunting through old emails. If the folder contents have changed and you want the label to match, renaming a past transfer takes a few seconds and updates how it appears across your list. You can resend the download link to someone new, add or update a password on a folder you've already sent, or restrict access to a set of specific email addresses. Deleting a transfer removes the download link instantly, so folders containing sensitive material can be pulled from circulation the moment they're no longer needed.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Go to your Transfers panel and use the search bar to look up the transfer by name or title. If you gave the folder transfer a descriptive title when you sent it, it surfaces immediately. If not, you can scan your Sent list chronologically and rename transfers from there to make future searches easier.
Yes. Hover over any transfer in your Sent panel and select the option to edit its title. Updating the name doesn't affect the files or the download link, it just keeps your list organized by project, deliverable, or revision rather than a meaningless date string.
Open your Transfers panel, find the folder transfer, and copy the download link directly from there. You can also use the forward option to send it to a new recipient without re-uploading. Either way, the original files stay exactly where they are and the new person gets immediate access.
Yes. Go to the transfer details in your Sent panel and set or update the password from there. The change takes effect immediately, so anyone opening the link afterwards will need the new password to access the folder. Remember that WeTransfer doesn't include the password in the notification email, so you'll need to share it with recipients separately.
Deleting a transfer immediately revokes the download link. Anyone who tries to open it afterwards will find it no longer works, which makes deletion the fastest way to pull a folder from circulation if the contents are outdated or sensitive. The action is permanent, so files that are no longer within a recovery window cannot be restored after deletion.
