When you send documents through WeTransfer, the job rarely ends at delivery. Your Transfers panel gives you a live, organized record of every document transfer you've sent, so you can act on it without digging through old emails. Rename transfers to keep your history readable, or copy a download link and pass it to anyone who needs the files, no re-uploading required. If a recipient hasn't opened a document yet, the download status in your panel tells you exactly where things stand. Need to lock down a sensitive contract? Delete the transfer immediately and the download link stops working for everyone. For documents that need to stay available longer, you can update the expiry date or swap out a password directly from the transfer details page.

Yes. In your Transfers panel, hover over any sent transfer and select the option to edit its title. The new name shows up in your panel and in transfer emails, making it much easier to track a busy history of contracts, briefs, or reports without opening each one to check what it contains.
Your Transfers panel shows a downloaded or not-yet-downloaded status for every transfer you've sent. For email transfers, a checkmark appears beside each recipient's address once they've downloaded, and hovering over it shows the exact date and time. If you want more detail on who accessed a document link, you can enable download tracking before sending.
Yes, password changes can be made at any time from the transfer details page. Open the transfer in your Transfers panel, find the password field, and set, change, or remove the password. The updated setting takes effect immediately, so make sure you share the new password with your recipients directly, as WeTransfer does not include it in notification emails.
From your Transfers panel, hover over the relevant transfer and copy its download link. You can paste that link into an email, a chat message, or wherever you need it, and any number of people can use it to download the document. For email transfers, you can also forward the transfer to new recipients directly from the panel, still without re-uploading anything.
Once a transfer expires, the download link stops working and the files are removed from WeTransfer's servers. Free and Starter plan users cannot recover expired transfers. On Ultimate, Teams, and Enterprise plans, expired transfers can be recovered from the Transfers panel, including ones that expired before you upgraded, subject to recovery time windows that vary by file size.
