Every design transfer you've sent lives in your Transfers panel, ready to act on whenever a project changes. Update a name, share a link with a new stakeholder, swap out a password, or kill access to an old version — all without touching the original files.
Keep track of all your files
Design work rarely stops at the moment you hit send. Clients request the same assets again, collaborators change, and version names that made sense at upload suddenly need updating. WeTransfer's Transfers panel gives you a full record of every design file transfer you've sent, so you can manage them the same way you manage the work itself. Rename any transfer to match the current version or deliverable stage, and copy its download link to share with a new art director, developer, or print vendor without re-uploading anything. If a project wraps or a client relationship ends, you can delete a transfer immediately and revoke the download link on the spot. Recipients can also preview design files — including PSDs, PNGs, and PDFs — directly in the browser before downloading, so they can confirm they have the right version without pulling the whole package.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Yes. In your Transfers panel, hover over any sent transfer and select Edit title to rename it. This is useful when a file goes through multiple rounds and the original label no longer reflects the current version or deliverable. The rename appears in your panel and in the transfer details page, making it easier to search and find specific sends later.
You don't need to re-upload anything. Go to your Transfers panel, hover over the transfer, and copy the download link directly. You can share that link with a new designer, developer, or client by any channel — email, Slack, wherever the conversation already lives. For email transfers, you can also resend the link to new recipients straight from the transfer details.
Yes. WeTransfer's Access Control settings let you restrict downloads to a specific list of email addresses, even after a transfer has been sent. Open the transfer details page, find the Access list section, and edit it to add or remove addresses. Changes take effect immediately, so you can lock down a sensitive design brief or brand asset as soon as the situation changes.
Yes. Recipients can open images, PDFs, and other supported formats directly in the browser before deciding what to download. This lets a client or print vendor check that a file is the right version without pulling the entire package. They can also leave comments on individual files and mark favorites, which makes feedback rounds on visual work much more direct.
Deleting a transfer removes the files from WeTransfer's servers immediately and invalidates the download link for anyone who had it. This is useful when you need to pull access to an outdated brand kit, a rejected concept, or files shared with a contact who is no longer on the project. The action is permanent, so make sure the right people have already downloaded what they need before you delete.
