Your Transfers panel is a living record of everything you've shared, not just a log. Once a transfer is out in the world, you can still rename it, update who has access, share its link with new collaborators, or pull it down entirely.
Keep track of all your files
When you're juggling multiple projects, clients, and feedback rounds, finding a specific file you sent weeks ago can eat up time you don't have. WeTransfer keeps every transfer in your Transfers panel, searchable and editable well after the upload is done, so you can locate past work in seconds and act on it right away. If a collaborator joins late or a client contact changes hands, you can copy an existing download link and pass it on without touching the original files. Anything that needs tighter control can be locked with a password or restricted to specific email addresses, and both settings can be changed after you've already sent the transfer. Deleting a transfer cuts off the download link the moment you do it, which means you decide when your work is accessible and when it isn't.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Head to your Transfers panel and use the search bar to look up the transfer by its title. This is why naming transfers at upload time pays off later, since a clear title like "Brand film v3 client edit" is far easier to track down than a generic filename. If you didn't add a title when sending, you can still scan your Sent list chronologically or rename any transfer from the panel at any time.
Yes. Hover over any transfer in your Sent panel and choose Edit title to update its name. This is useful when a film cut, illustration set, or audio mix moves through multiple rounds and you want the transfer name to reflect the current stage. The updated title shows up in your panel, in transfer emails, and on the download page, so everyone sees the same reference.
You don't need to upload the files again. From your Sent panel, hover over the transfer and copy the download link, then share it however works best, whether that's a message, email, or a project management tool. If you originally sent it as an email transfer rather than a link transfer, the Forward option also lets you send it to new recipients directly from the panel.
Yes, and you have a couple of ways to do it. You can add or change a password on any active transfer from its detail page in the Transfers panel, so only people you give the password to can open it. You can also enable restricted access to limit downloads to a specific list of email addresses. Both settings can be applied or updated after sending, not just at upload time.
The link stops working immediately. Deleting a transfer removes the files from WeTransfer's servers and revokes access for everyone who had the link, whether they've downloaded it already or not. For creators sharing works in progress, exclusive client deliveries, or anything time-sensitive, this gives you a clean way to close off access the moment it's no longer needed.
