Construction projects run on documents — drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs. Your WeTransfer Transfers panel keeps a complete record of every PDF you've shared, so you can update, resend, rename, or revoke access long after the initial send.
Keep track of all your files
When a subcontractor loses a link to the latest drawing set, or a contract PDF needs to be pulled before the wrong party opens it, waiting to re-upload isn't an option on a job site schedule. WeTransfer logs every transfer you've sent in one organized panel, giving construction professionals a fast way to act on anything that changes after delivery. Rename a transfer to reflect a revision number, copy its download link for a new contact, or delete it outright to cut off access immediately. You can add or update a password on any sent PDF transfer without disturbing the original file, which matters when tender documents or contract terms need to stay confidential. Download tracking lets you confirm that a project manager, surveyor, or site team actually received and opened the files — no chasing needed.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Open the Transfers panel from your WeTransfer account and look through your Sent list, which keeps a chronological record of everything you've shared. If you titled the transfer when sending — for example, with a drawing revision number or project name — you can search by that title to pull it up instantly. Giving PDF transfers a clear title at upload is a good habit for construction workflows where dozens of document sets can stack up quickly.
Yes. Hover over any transfer in your Sent panel and choose to edit its title — the updated name appears in your panel, in any notification emails, and on the download page. For construction teams juggling multiple drawing revisions or spec packages, renaming sent transfers keeps your archive readable without re-uploading anything.
Delete the transfer from your Sent panel at any time and the download link stops working immediately for everyone who has it. This is useful when a tender closes, a contract version is superseded, or a document was sent to the wrong party. The original PDF on your device is untouched; only the hosted transfer is removed.
Yes, you can add, change, or remove a password on any sent transfer from the transfer details page in your account. Once set, anyone opening the download link will need the password before they can access the files. You'll need to share the password with recipients directly — it isn't included in any WeTransfer notification.
Your Sent panel shows a downloaded or not-yet-downloaded status for each transfer. For email transfers, a checkmark appears next to each recipient's address once they've downloaded, and hovering over it shows the exact date and time. This gives construction teams a simple confirmation trail — useful when deadlines depend on a party having received the latest plans or specifications.
