Construction moves fast, and the image transfers you sent last week still matter today. WeTransfer's Transfers panel keeps every send on record so you can rename jobs, update access, resend links, or cut off downloads the moment a project wraps.
Keep track of all your files
Site documentation, progress photos, inspection images, and architectural renders all get sent under pressure, and the paperwork doesn't stop when the upload does. WeTransfer keeps your full transfer history in one place, so you can act on any past send without going back to the job site or your hard drive. Spot a transfer that needs a better label, and rename it to match the project phase or plot number in seconds. If a subcontractor needs the same images you sent the site manager, copy the download link straight from the panel, no re-upload needed. You can also lock down sensitive structural or planning images by adding a password after sending, or delete a transfer outright to pull access immediately when a contractor relationship ends.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
From your WeTransfer Transfers panel you can rename any transfer at any time, which makes it straightforward to label sends by site name, phase, or date rather than leaving them as untitled uploads. Search within the panel to pull up a specific job quickly, even if the send was months ago. This kind of naming discipline is especially useful when you're juggling multiple active sites and sharing progress images with different contractors or clients simultaneously.
Yes. From your Transfers panel, hover over any past send and copy its download link, then share it directly with the new recipient via email or a messaging tool. There's no need to re-upload the original site photos. If the transfer was sent by email to specific recipients, you can also use the resend option to push the link to a new address from the same panel.
Deleting a transfer from your Transfers panel immediately deactivates the download link for everyone who has it, including any contractor or third party you originally shared it with. This is useful when a working relationship ends mid-project, or when you've shared preliminary design images that have since been superseded. The delete action is instant and does not affect your original files, which stay exactly where you stored them.
Yes, you can add or change a password on any transfer after it has been sent. Open the transfer from your Transfers panel and set or update the password from there. Once saved, anyone who opens the existing download link will be prompted to enter the password before they can access the images. You'll need to share the password with your recipients separately, as WeTransfer does not include it in any notification.
In your Transfers panel, each sent transfer shows a download status so you can see at a glance whether the files have been picked up. For email transfers, you can hover over a recipient's address to see the exact date and time they downloaded. If you need more detailed visibility — for example, confirming which member of a client's team accessed specific inspection images — enabling tracked downloads via Access Control gives you a per-download notification with the recipient's email address.
