All your sent transfers are stored in the Transfers panel inside your WeTransfer account, listed chronologically. You can search by title, so giving transfers a clear name at upload — like 'Phase 2 Foundation Drawings' or 'Tender Pack Rev C' — makes tracking them down much faster. If you didn't add a title when sending, you can rename the transfer from the panel at any time.
Yes. From your Transfers panel, hover over any sent transfer and copy the download link directly — then share it with whoever needs it, whether that's a new subcontractor, a project manager who joined mid-build, or a supplier who missed the original send. There's no need to re-upload the files, and link transfers have no recipient limit, so the same link can go to as many people as needed.
Yes. Open the transfer in your Transfers panel, select the password option, and add, change, or remove the password on any active transfer. This is useful when sensitive documents like contracts, cost schedules, or structural drawings need tighter control after they've been shared — for example, if access needs to be limited to the main contractor only.
Recipients can preview images, PDFs, and certain other file types directly in the browser before downloading anything, which means a site manager or client can check they have the right revision of a drawing or photo set without pulling the entire transfer. Previewers can also comment on individual files, making it straightforward to flag a specific sheet or image for discussion.
You can delete any sent transfer from your Transfers panel at any time, which immediately revokes the download link for anyone who has it. If you need more targeted control — for example, limiting access to specific email addresses on an active project — you can enable restricted access on a transfer, so only the people on your list can download the files.
