Head to the Transfers panel and use the search bar to look up the transfer by its title. This is why naming your transfers matters — giving a session, demo, or master a clear title when uploading makes it much easier to locate later. If you didn't add a title at the time, you can still browse your full sent history chronologically and rename anything in the panel.
Yes. From your Transfers panel, hover over the relevant transfer and copy the download link, then share it with whoever needs it. For email transfers, you can also resend the link directly to the same or new recipients without re-uploading the audio files. The original transfer stays intact and the files aren't touched.
Yes, password protection can be updated on any transfer after sending. Go to your Transfers panel, open the transfer details, and set, change, or remove the password from there. This is handy if session files or unreleased recordings need to be locked down after the initial share, or if you want to tighten access before passing a link to a wider group.
In your Transfers panel, each sent transfer shows a download status so you can see at a glance whether files have been picked up. For email transfers, you can hover over a recipient's address to see the exact date and time they downloaded. If you want more detailed tracking, enabling Access Control on a transfer lets you see a full activity log of who accessed the files and when.
Yes. Recipients can play back audio files directly in the browser without downloading first, which makes it easy for a client or collaborator to check they have the right version before pulling the full file. WeTransfer supports in-browser preview for MP3 and WAV files up to 300 MB. Previewers can also comment on individual files in the transfer, so feedback on a specific stem or mix doesn't need to happen over email.
