Every transfer you've sent through WeTransfer stays logged in your Transfers panel, ready to manage whenever a campaign evolves. Update a transfer's title to match a brief revision, copy a download link for a newly onboarded agency contact, or pull creative assets from circulation the moment a campaign goes on hold.
Keep track of all your files
Marketing moves fast, and the files you sent last week often need attention again this week. WeTransfer's Transfers panel gives advertising and marketing professionals a searchable record of every delivery, from campaign concepts and video edits to presentation decks and brand assets, so nothing gets lost between rounds. If a media buyer, creative agency, or new client contact needs access, you can copy an existing download link and share it directly without touching the original upload. You can also add or change a password on a transfer you've already sent, or restrict access to a specific list of email addresses, keeping unreleased campaign work away from the wrong eyes. When a brief is cancelled or assets are superseded, deleting a transfer cuts off the download link immediately, so outdated work stops being accessible the moment you decide it should.

All your questions answered.
Your Transfers panel keeps a searchable log of everything you've sent, so finding a particular campaign delivery doesn't mean digging through email threads. You can search by transfer title, which makes it worth naming transfers clearly when you send them, for example by campaign name, client, and round number. If you didn't add a title at the time, you can edit it directly from the panel so future searches are easier.
Yes. From your Transfers panel, hover over any sent transfer and choose the option to edit its title. This is useful when a campaign brief changes mid-flight and you want your transfer history to reflect the current naming convention rather than what you called the files on day one. The updated title appears in your panel immediately and helps anyone on your team make sense of the transfer list at a glance.
You don't need to re-upload. In your Transfers panel, hover over the relevant transfer and copy the download link, then send it directly to the new recipient via email or whatever channel suits the project. For email transfers, you can also use the forward option to send directly from the panel to new recipients. This keeps your transfer history clean and saves time when contacts change mid-project, which happens often in agency environments.
Yes, on all plans you can add a password to a transfer you've already sent, or change an existing password, from the transfer's detail view in your Transfers panel. For tighter control, you can also restrict access to a specific list of email addresses, so only approved contacts can open the files even if the link gets forwarded. Both settings take effect immediately, which is useful when pre-launch assets need to stay confidential or when a stakeholder leaves a project.
Deleting a transfer revokes the download link instantly. Anyone who tries to open it after that point will find the files are no longer available, including recipients you originally sent it to. This is a straightforward way to take campaign materials offline when a project is cancelled, a pitch is withdrawn, or an asset is replaced by a newer version. The action is permanent, so it's worth confirming before you delete anything you might need to recover later.
