Head to the Transfers section and open the Sent panel — every transfer you've sent is listed there chronologically. Use the search bar to find one by title, or scroll back through your history. Giving transfers a title when you send them makes searching much faster later.
Yes. Click into any active transfer in your Sent panel and you'll find options to add, change, or remove a password, and to adjust when it expires. Changes take effect immediately, but the recipient won't be notified automatically, so let them know directly if the timing matters.
In your Sent panel, each transfer shows a status label — downloaded or not yet downloaded. For email transfers, you can hover over a recipient's address to see the exact date and time they downloaded. If you need more detail, enabling Access Control on a transfer gives you a full activity log of who accessed it and when.
Absolutely. Open the transfer in your Sent panel, copy the download link, and share it however you like — chat, email, or direct message. Link transfers have no recipient limit, so anyone with the link can access the files as long as the transfer is still active.
In your Sent panel, hover over the transfer and select Delete. This removes the files from WeTransfer's servers and invalidates the download link straight away, so no one can access it after that point. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so double-check before confirming.
