This distinction is visible in your Transfers panel for each transfer you have sent, and it updates in real time as recipients interact with your files.
Before sending, turn on download tracking in the transfer settings. Once enabled, every access event is tied to the recipient's verified email address and recorded with a timestamp, giving you a named log of who watched or downloaded your footage and when. You can check this activity at any time from the transfer's detail page in your Transfers panel.
Yes. You can restrict access to a defined list of email addresses before sending, so anyone who opens the link must verify their email and will only be granted access if they match your list.
