See who's viewed your property photos

Know when clients open your listing photos, not just whether they downloaded them. WeTransfer shows you view counts on every transfer automatically, with per-recipient detail available when you need it.

Send your first transfer

Keep count of who views your transfer

When you send listing photos to buyers, agents, or developers, knowing who actually looked at them changes how you follow up. WeTransfer tracks preview counts on every transfer from the moment you send, with no setup required. Enable access control to go further: see exactly who previewed your photos and when, so you can time your outreach to clients who are actively engaged. Recipients can view full-resolution images directly in the browser before deciding what to download, and you can lock any transfer behind a password to keep confidential listings private. All of this works without any software installation on either end.

FAQs

All your questions answered.

Yes. Every transfer shows a preview count by default, so you always know how many times your photos were opened. If you want a per-recipient breakdown, enable tracked or restricted access mode when sending — WeTransfer will then log exactly who previewed the files and when, giving you a clear picture of which clients are paying attention.

No. Recipients can preview and download your property photos directly from a unique link, with no account or app required. They can browse images in the browser at full resolution, which makes it easy for buyers or developers to review a listing on any device.

View tracking counts how many times a transfer was previewed in the browser, and with access control enabled it tells you who previewed and when. Download tracking is a separate feature you can also switch on: it records who actually downloaded the files. For real estate professionals, running both gives you a full picture of engagement, from initial interest to serious intent.

You can include as many photos as you need in a single transfer, in common formats like JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and HEIC. Files are sent in their original quality with no compression or resolution loss, so buyers see the listing exactly as you intended. On a free account, the total transfer size is capped at 3 GB; paid plans remove that cap entirely.

Yes. WeTransfer lets you restrict access to a transfer by specifying one or more email addresses — only those recipients can open the link. This is useful for sharing off-market listings or confidential development renders, where controlling who sees the photos matters as much as knowing who viewed them.
