Yes. Every transfer on WeTransfer shows a preview count automatically, so you can tell how many times your images have been opened. If you want per-recipient detail, enable tracked or restricted access mode when sending, and you'll get a log showing exactly who previewed your photos and when.
No account is needed on the recipient's end. Clients can open your transfer link and preview photos directly in their browser without signing up for anything. You just need a free WeTransfer account to send.
With a free account you can send to up to 10 email recipients per transfer. Paid plans raise that to up to 50 recipients. If you share via link instead of email, there's no recipient limit, though you won't get the per-recipient view log for link-only shares.
WeTransfer sends files in their original quality with no compression or re-encoding. Whether you're sharing high-resolution JPEGs, TIFFs, or drone footage, recipients get the exact files you uploaded. The in-browser preview displays at a slightly lower resolution, but the downloaded files are always the originals.
On a free account, transfers expire after a maximum of 3 days. Ultimate and higher plans let you set a custom expiry date or keep transfers available indefinitely until you delete them, which is useful for ongoing listings or long sales cycles. Ultimate users can also recover transfers that have already expired.
