To see per-recipient detail, such as who previewed and when, enable tracked or restricted access mode when sending. You will then get a log for each recipient rather than just a total count.

Per-recipient tracking requires you to enable access control (tracked or restricted mode) before sending. Once it is enabled, the detailed log appears in your transfer dashboard.
Yes. Recipients can open images, PDFs, and video files directly in the browser before deciding what to download. This means a client can review a set of brand assets or a PDF presentation without saving anything to their device, and each preview is counted toward the view data you see as the sender.

Download tracking is a separate setting you enable explicitly, and it records who downloaded the files.
