You can see whether a recipient opened your files in the browser preview without downloading, whether they downloaded everything, or both, giving you a precise picture of engagement with each deliverable.
Open the transfer settings panel before clicking Send and enable the download tracking option. Once active, every download is tied to a verified email address and a timestamp, so your Transfers panel shows exactly who accessed the files and when. This record is available for all plans.
Yes. For email transfers, each recipient's activity is tracked individually and you can see a checkmark against each address along with the exact date and time of their download. For link transfers, download tracking captures a verified email address per access event, so you still have a per-person record rather than an aggregate count.
Yes, the restricted access option lets you specify a list of email addresses before sending. Anyone who opens the link must verify their email, and access is only granted if they match your list. You can update that list after sending from the transfer details page, and changes take effect immediately.
