Yes. Every WeTransfer transfer has a built-in preview page where recipients can open and review files directly in the browser. They can then choose to download individual files or the full set, so no one has to pull down everything just to check a specific dataset or report.
Recipients can preview images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, and others), video (MP4, MOV up to 300 MB), audio (MP3, WAV up to 300 MB), PDFs, and Office documents including DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, CSV, and TXT files up to 256 MB. Files outside those supported types are still delivered in full and can be downloaded even if they can't be previewed in-browser.
Yes. Anyone with access to the transfer can click into an individual file on the preview page and leave a comment directly on it. Comments are tied to the specific file, so feedback on a CSV export or a data report stays attached to that file rather than ending up in a separate email chain. No WeTransfer account is needed to comment.
Absolutely. You can bundle spreadsheets, PDFs, ZIP archives, images, and any other file types into one transfer.
