WeTransfer gives every transfer its own preview page, so clients, creative directors, and media buyers can open your files directly in the browser. They can scroll through what you've sent, leave feedback on individual assets, and download only the files they actually want — no account required on their end.
Browse files and folders, then download
Marketing and advertising work moves fast, and chasing approvals on the wrong version of a file slows everything down. Every transfer you send on WeTransfer includes a built-in preview page where recipients can browse images, watch video, listen to audio, and read PDFs without saving a single thing to their device. Your assets — whether finished ad creative, campaign photography, motion graphics, or audio tracks — arrive in their original quality, with no compression, no color shifts, and no changes to resolution. Recipients can mark individual files as favorites and comment directly on specific assets, so approval feedback stays attached to the right file rather than scattered across email threads. A free account is all you need to start sending.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Yes. Every WeTransfer link opens a preview page where recipients can browse images, play videos, listen to audio files, and read PDFs directly in the browser. No account is required on their end, and nothing needs to be installed. They can review everything you've sent before deciding what to save.
Yes. Recipients can click any file in the preview and leave a comment attached to that specific asset, so feedback stays connected to the right piece of work rather than floating in a separate email chain. They can also mark individual files as favorites, which makes it easy to signal which executions are approved. No WeTransfer account is needed to comment.
Yes. From the preview page, recipients can select individual files and download only what they need. They are never forced to grab everything at once. This works well when you're sharing multiple formats or sizes of the same campaign asset and the client only needs to pull the approved versions.
The preview page supports JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, PSD and PSB files, a range of RAW formats, MP4 and MOV video up to 300 MB, MP3 and WAV audio up to 300 MB, PDFs, and common Office formats including PPTX and DOCX. That covers most creative deliverables — from print-ready artwork and presentation decks to video spots and audio tracks.
You can restrict access to a specific email address or a list of addresses, so only the people you've named can open the transfer. You can also add a password that recipients must enter before downloading. Both options are available on all plans and can be set before sending or updated afterwards from your transfers panel. For a detailed record of who downloaded what and when, you can enable download tracking on any transfer.
