Upgrading to WeTransfer Ultimate lets you claim a personal subdomain and configure your branded page from the Branding section of your account. You can add a logo, up to five rotating background images or videos, social links, and a custom page description. Once set up, every transfer you send goes out from that address, and clients land on a page that looks like your own.
Yes. On Ultimate and above, each individual transfer can carry its own custom background image or color and a project description, so a final asset delivery looks distinct from a work-in-progress share. Your overall branded subdomain provides the consistent foundation, and per-transfer customization layers your own context on top of it.
Your branded WeTransfer page doubles as an upload portal, so clients can send files back to you directly through the same address without any extra setup. They do need a free WeTransfer account to upload, but they can create one quickly if they do not already have one. Recipients do not need an account to download or preview transfers you send.
Yes. Download tracking is available on all plans and can be enabled when creating a transfer.
