Send folders from your own branded domain

Your folder deliveries say more about you when they arrive on a page that looks like yours. With WeTransfer Ultimate, you get a custom subdomain you can shape with your own branding, so clients land somewhere that reflects your work rather than a generic transfer screen. The same address works as a two-way portal, ready to receive folders and files from clients without any extra configuration.

Send and receive through your own page

Creatives and teams who deliver work in folders know the handoff matters as much as the files themselves. WeTransfer Ultimate lets you claim a personal subdomain, add your logo, set rotating backgrounds, include social links, and write a transfer description that gives clients context the moment they open the link. Folders upload exactly as they are, preserving the original structure so recipients download them with every subfolder and file in place, no reassembly needed. Each individual transfer can carry its own custom background and description, useful when a campaign delivery needs a different feel from a routine project update. Clients can send folders and files back to you through that same branded address, and anyone with a free WeTransfer account can upload to your page without any extra steps on your end.

FAQs

All your questions answered.

Yes. WeTransfer uploads entire folders as-is and recipients download them with the original folder hierarchy intact. No files get flattened, renamed, or reordered in the process, so a nested project folder arrives exactly as you organized it.

Subscribe to WeTransfer Ultimate, then go to Account Settings and claim your custom subdomain under the Branding section. From there you can upload a logo, add up to five rotating background images or videos, set social links, and write a page description. Once it's live, any transfer you send goes out through that address.

Yes. On Ultimate and above, each individual transfer supports its own custom background image or color and a description, separate from your main page branding. That means a final client delivery can look and feel different from a work-in-progress share, even though both come from the same subdomain.

Your branded subdomain doubles as an upload portal, so clients can send folders and files directly to you through the same address without any extra setup on your end. Uploaders do need a free WeTransfer account to send files through your page, but they do not need a paid plan.

On WeTransfer Ultimate, you can set a custom expiry for each transfer or choose to keep it available indefinitely until you decide to delete it. You can also recover expired transfers, including ones that expired before you upgraded, so a folder you sent months ago is not necessarily gone for good.
