Yes. Recipients can open PDFs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files directly in the browser without downloading first. They can also leave comments on individual files and mark favorites, which makes document review and feedback much easier without any back-and-forth email thread.
No account is needed to download. Anyone with your transfer link can access the files directly. If a client wants to upload documents back to you through your branded page, they will need a free WeTransfer account to do so.
You can add a password to any transfer before sending, so only recipients who know it can open the files. For tighter control, you can restrict access to a specific list of email addresses, meaning only those contacts can download even if the link is shared elsewhere. Both options are available on all plans and can be set or changed after sending.
