You can send any file type from your branded page, including layered PSDs and PSBs, Illustrator and EPS files, Figma exports, InDesign packages, CAD and 3D files, ZIP archives, PDFs, and high-resolution images in formats like TIFF, PNG, and RAW. Files transfer in their original format with no compression, re-encoding, or quality loss of any kind. There are no restrictions on file type based on how you deliver them.
On WeTransfer Ultimate, go to Account Settings and claim your subdomain under the Branding section. From there you can add rotating wallpapers (up to five images or videos), a logo, social links, and a description that gives clients context before they download. Once your page is live, you can share the URL directly with clients and it acts as both a delivery page and an upload portal for files coming back to you.
Yes. Your branded WeTransfer page works as a two-way portal. Anyone visiting your custom subdomain can upload files directly to you without any extra setup on your end. Bear in mind that clients will need a free WeTransfer account to send files your way, but they don't need one to download or preview transfers you've sent them.
On WeTransfer Ultimate you can add a custom background image or color and a description to individual transfers, separate from your main branded page.
