Subscribing to WeTransfer Ultimate gives you access to the branding section of your account, where you can claim a personal subdomain and configure your page with a logo, up to five rotating backgrounds, social links, and branded emails. Once your page is live, you can share the URL with clients and start sending transfers from it immediately. The same address stays open as an upload portal so clients can send files back to you.
Yes, your branded WeTransfer page doubles as an upload portal. Anyone with the link can visit your page and send files directly to you, no setup or configuration needed on their end. Uploaders do need a free WeTransfer account to submit files, but recipients downloading your transfers do not need an account at all.
With WeTransfer Ultimate, you can set transfers to never expire, or choose a custom duration that suits the project. This is particularly useful for large data deliveries where clients may need ongoing access. Free and Starter transfers expire after a maximum of three days, so Ultimate is the plan to use when your files need to stay available long-term. If a transfer does expire, Ultimate users can also recover it, including transfers that expired before upgrading.
