WeTransfer Ultimate includes a branded page with a custom subdomain you choose yourself. Once you subscribe, go to Account Settings and claim your URL, then upload your logo, set up rotating background images or videos, add social links, and write a short bio. Your page is live immediately and every transfer you send goes out from that address rather than a generic wetransfer.com link.
Yes. On top of your overall branded page, WeTransfer Ultimate lets you add a custom background image or color and a written description to each individual transfer. That means a commission for one client can look and read differently from a portfolio drop sent to a gallery, giving every delivery its own context before anyone clicks download.
Pretty much anything you produce: high-resolution JPEGs, PNGs, TIFFs, RAW files, layered PSD and design files, 4K video, audio, PDFs, ZIP archives, 3D and CAD files, and Office documents. None of it gets compressed or re-encoded, so a retouched photograph or a mixed-down audio file arrives exactly as you exported it.
They can. Your branded page doubles as an upload portal, so anyone visiting your custom subdomain can send files directly to you without any extra setup on your end. They will need a free WeTransfer account to upload, but they do not need to be on a paid plan. It is a clean alternative to exchanging separate upload-request links every time.
WeTransfer gives you two options on all plans. You can lock a transfer behind a password and share that separately with your client, or you can restrict access to a specific list of email addresses so only those recipients can open the files after verifying their identity. Both options work on transfers sent from your branded page, keeping work in progress or exclusive content away from unintended viewers.
