Consulting and audit professionals handling sensitive documents need a delivery experience that signals credibility before a file is even opened. WeTransfer Ultimate gives you a custom subdomain styled around your firm, so reports, findings, and data exports reach clients on a page that carries your identity rather than a third-party platform's. That same address acts as a secure intake portal, letting clients and colleagues send materials directly back to you.
Send and receive through your own page
Audit reports, financial models, and management presentations deserve a handoff that looks as polished as the work inside them. With WeTransfer Ultimate you claim a subdomain of your own, add your logo, set a professional background, and include a per-transfer description that frames the deliverable before the client clicks anything. PDFs, Excel workbooks, ZIP archives, PowerPoint decks, and every other format common in consulting workflows transfer without compression, so every formula, chart, and annotation arrives exactly as exported. Clients can preview supported documents in the browser and leave comments on individual files without needing to create an account. For engagements where confidentiality matters, you can restrict downloads to a specific list of email addresses or add a password, keeping sensitive materials inside the right hands.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
On WeTransfer Ultimate, go to Account Settings and claim your custom subdomain under the Branding section. From there you can add a logo, upload up to five rotating background images or videos, and include social links, so the page reflects your firm rather than a generic platform. Once set up, every transfer you send goes out from that address and the same page stays open as an upload portal for clients sending materials back to you.
Yes. Before sending, you can restrict access to a specific list of email addresses so only verified recipients can download, or add a password that clients must enter before accessing the files. Both options are available on all plans, including the free tier, and you can manage the access list after a transfer has already been sent from the transfer details page.
WeTransfer transfers files without any compression or re-encoding, so spreadsheets, slide decks, and PDFs land exactly as you exported them, with all formulas, embedded fonts, charts, and annotations intact. There is no re-processing at any stage of the transfer.
Anyone visiting your branded page can upload files directly to you without needing to create an account first, though a free WeTransfer account is required to complete the upload. This makes it straightforward for clients or counterparties to send contracts, data exports, or supporting evidence without any extra link sharing or setup on your end.
Download tracking is available on all plans. For email transfers, your Transfers panel shows a checkmark next to each recipient's address once they have downloaded, along with the exact date and time. If you enable Tracked downloads, anyone accessing the link must verify their email first and you receive a detailed notification for each download, which is useful when you need an audit trail of who accessed a deliverable and when.
