Every file delivery to a client or agency partner says something about your brand. WeTransfer Ultimate gives advertising and marketing professionals a custom subdomain to call their own, backed by full visual branding, so presentations, campaign assets, and creative packages arrive on a page that looks like it came from you. That same address acts as a receiving portal, letting clients and collaborators send briefs, revisions, or reference material straight back without any additional setup.
Send and receive through your own page
Marketing and advertising work lives and dies by how it's presented, and a generic file-sharing link undercuts even the strongest creative. WeTransfer Ultimate lets you claim a personal subdomain, add your own rotating backgrounds, logo, and social links, and layer in a per-transfer description so every campaign delivery arrives with context and polish before a single asset is opened. Video edits, high-resolution print files, PDF presentations, Office decks, ZIP archives of creative assets, and everything else your team produces transfers without compression or re-encoding, reaching clients exactly as you prepared them. Recipients can preview images, video, audio, and PDFs directly in the browser, add comments on individual files, and mark favorites, all without creating an account. When a campaign contains sensitive pre-launch material, you can lock a transfer behind a password or restrict downloads to a specific list of email addresses so only cleared stakeholders get access.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
You need a WeTransfer Ultimate subscription to claim your own subdomain. Once subscribed, go to Account Settings and choose your custom URL under the Branding section. From there you can add a logo, rotating background images or videos, social links, and an email background so every touchpoint to clients feels consistent. Your subdomain is ready to use immediately after you save your settings.
You can send any file type without restriction: video cuts, high-resolution print-ready artwork, PDF brand guidelines, PowerPoint or Keynote presentations, InDesign packages, audio files, ZIP archives, and anything else your production pipeline produces. Files go out without any compression or quality loss, so a 4K video edit or a large-format print file arrives exactly as exported. There are no per-file format restrictions.
Yes. On Ultimate you can add a custom background image or color and a short description to each individual transfer, separate from your overall page branding. That means a product launch delivery can feel visually distinct from a brand refresh package, even though both go out from your custom subdomain. It is a small detail that reinforces the craft behind the work.
Your branded WeTransfer page works as a two-way portal. Anyone can visit your subdomain and upload files directly to you without any additional link or setup on their end. The person uploading does need a free WeTransfer account to send files, but there is no cost or subscription involved on their side. You receive an email notification when something arrives, and uploaded transfers appear in your Received tab.
You have two access control options available on all plans. You can lock a transfer behind a password that you share with approved recipients separately, so anyone without it cannot download the files. Alternatively, you can restrict access to a specific list of email addresses, meaning the download link only works for people you have explicitly authorized. Both options can be set before sending or adjusted after a transfer is already live.
