Yes. WeTransfer transfers every file without compression or modification, so OBJ, STL, FBX, BLEND, CAD files, and high-resolution renders arrive exactly as you exported them. There is no re-encoding, no resolution loss, and no conversion applied at any stage. Recipients download the same files you uploaded.
You can claim your subdomain from Account Settings under Brand once you are on an Ultimate plan. From there you configure your page with rotating wallpapers, a logo, social links, and a custom URL that clients can visit to receive or send you files. The page is live immediately, and you can update the name or visuals at any time.
WeTransfer supports folder uploads, so you can send an entire project directory and recipients will download it with the original folder structure intact. On Ultimate there is no per-transfer size cap, which makes it practical for large scene files, texture libraries, and batch render exports that would exceed free plan limits.
Your custom WeTransfer page doubles as an upload portal, so clients can send files directly to you from the same address where they received your work. They will need a free WeTransfer account to upload, but no paid plan is required on their end. Files they send appear in your Received panel, keeping the whole exchange in one place.
On Ultimate you can add a custom background image or color and a description to an individual transfer, separate from your main branded page settings. This means a product render package for one client can look different from an architectural walkthrough sent to another, even though both go out from the same subdomain.
