For email transfers, you will see a status next to each recipient's address showing whether they have downloaded the files, along with the exact date and time. This makes it easy to confirm delivery before a deadline or decide who needs a follow-up call.
Basic download tracking is available on all plans and works without any extra setup for email transfers. To get a detailed notification each time someone accesses your files, enable the Tracked downloads option in Access Control before you send. Yes. When you send a transfer by email to multiple recipients, each person gets their own individual download status in your Transfers panel.
