Open your Transfers panel and find the relevant transfer. For email transfers, each recipient shows an individual download status, and hovering over the checkmark tells you the exact date and time they downloaded. For link transfers, you'll see a general downloaded or not-yet-downloaded indicator.

When you enable Tracked downloads before sending, anyone who opens your link must verify their email address first, and you receive a detailed notification each time a download occurs.
