Yes. Before sending, enable Access Control in the transfer settings and select Tracked downloads. Anyone who opens the link will need to verify their email address first, and you receive a detailed notification each time a download takes place. Yes. Restricted downloads lets you specify a list of approved email addresses before you send. When someone opens the link, they must verify their email and access is only granted if their address matches your list. You can add or remove addresses from the list after sending, and changes take effect immediately.

PDFs, spreadsheets, and Office documents are delivered exactly as you uploaded them, including formatting and embedded data.
